Are there Fund Raisers?
We do not operate concessions at games by choice since it requires much work and expense. As of 8/8/11 the following fund rising will involve parents working on sponsorships, donors, raffle tickets, sweepstake tickets, football Clinics, Football Camps, and the Kroger Reloadable Gift Card Program. We do receive funds from Logo Wear and Team Pictures. Any fund raiser that is selling a sweepstake or raffle tickets will be for the benefit of the Scholarship Program and/or a Stallion/Saint Family that is in extreme health or finances situation limited to the funds available. With the state of the economy as of 8/8/11 fund raising can’t continue to depend on sponsors and donors to support our Scholarship Ministry or Stallion /Saints Families in need.

Spread the Word
Now, in the winter months, is the time to encourage new families to register for the Stallions and Saints for your team or any other team. Explain to families that there is a way to recoup all the registration and equipment fees with the raffle tickets which means the net cost is “0” to be a Stallion or Saint.

The 2012 Charity FootballMania tickets mailed or passed out.

First SFL season league game.

All Raffle ticket stubs turned in.
August 23, 2012
Raffle drawing and winners announced.
September 6, 2012
All FootballMania ticket stubs and money turned in. Every player expected to sell 5 tickets each.
October 1, 2012
Early Discounted registration begins.
November 15, 2012
Early Discounted registration ends.
December 31, 2012
Last day to register to guarantee your spot on your team roster. Registering after this date does not guarantee a spot on your same team. If a team is filled or closed a player must sit out a year to move to another team.
